Energy Always Under Control
The DUMAT Power Storage is a modern energy storage system that is a central element of the campus's energy ecosystem.
It is designed to stabilize the flow of energy between the RDF CHP plant, photovoltaic installations, the 800V DC Grid, and industrial customers – including the AI Data Center and the semiconductor factory.
It utilizes lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell technology, ensuring the highest reliability, long life, and operational safety.
Parameters and Features
• System Power: 2–4 MW
• Capacity: 2–4 MWh
• Type: Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
• Operating Voltage: 800 V DC (DC Grid Integration)
• Control: Autonomous EMS/SCADA with AI algorithms
• Features: Power Balancing, Energy Arbitration, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Renewable Energy Integration
The system ensures uninterrupted operation of key campus technology installations and enables real-time energy consumption optimization.
Innovation and Integration
The storage system is fully integrated with the 800 V DC Grid, reducing energy conversion losses by up to 20–30%. This solution enables direct power supply to production lines, electric vehicle charging stations, and AI Data Center server rooms – without intermediate AC/DC conversions.
Additionally, the system uses predictive AI algorithms to manage charge and discharge cycles, extending battery life and improving the economic efficiency of the entire infrastructure.
Green Energy Storage
The energy stored in the warehouse comes from renewable sources – primarily from RDF CHP plants, PV farms, and wind turbines.
This allows DUMAT Campus to achieve full autonomy and climate neutrality, reducing CO₂ emissions and the carbon footprint of production.
This solution combines industry with the concept of sustainable development, creating a new standard for green energy in Poland and Europe.
Vision
The DUMAT Power Storage is not just an energy resource, but an intelligent buffer between energy and technology.
It allows for dynamic and self-regulating energy management, and its architecture sets a template for future industrial micro- and macro-grids.
By connecting it to a semiconductor factory, an AI Data Center, and an RDF CHP plant, the warehouse creates the foundation for a self-sufficient and zero-emission energy ecosystem of the future.
